Well, it's 10pm on a Tuesday night, and the music just started upstairs. We can hear the bass of the music coming through the ceiling. This is an almost-certain sign that there will be a party tonight. It's relatively minor now, but if past incidents are any indication, it will get louder as the night goes on.
